This location is consistently disappointing. The food is usually room temp and barely edible. There is hardly anyone at the counter. The ONLY reason we go there is because my kids like the play place. I regret visiting this restaurant every time I go there. The location on South Mt. Juliet Rd. is much better, go to that McDonald's instead.

I went there last night around 11 PM and the drive thru was extremely slow. Took over 7 minutes to order. And what's more annoying was that I pulled up to the 2nd lane first then another car pulled up to the 1st lane after I arrived and they took his order first. Went inside and every metric on their screen for performance was red (which means beyond goal). Management needs to clean up this place.

It’s takes 20 min just to get through the drive thru and that’s with a mobile order. If you’re on a lunch break. Do not go here. Not to mention some of the kids working drive thru are rude, no receipt no thank you. Nothing.

Dirty tables with no wipes to clean up. Had to ask for napkins and straws. No one to take our order so we had to order through the kiosk. They were actually out of what we ordered and substituted it without even asking or letting us know they were out of what we ordered.
