This was the perfect stop for me, right after Easter service. Thank you to Carly, Aaron and all the staff at The Slow Buffalo. Everything was fabulous from the bloody mary to the brussels sprouts and bang bang shrimp. Everyone had their easter bunny ears on and were ready for the parade. See attached!

The wings here are the best I have had. I think they would even top Tompkins and point east imo but I would need to do a side by side. This is my new go to for wings. Favorite flavors are buffalo, hot garlic, and garlic Parmesan. The bison burger was good but not my thing. The smash burger was phenomenal. Crusted edges. Full of flavor. I had the French onion burger, The place was very busy but we were seated quickly and the service was perfect. Friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. I now have a new place to eat when I come to Milwaukee. Everything here was OUTSTANDING I would give you more stars if I could.
