Some places you go and the hospitality is great. Other places you go and you feel like you belong. Everyone here is very friendly, very welcoming. This was the perfect stop for me, right after Easter service. Thank you to Carly, Aaron and all the staff at The Slow Buffalo. Everything was fabulous from the bloody mary to the brussels sprouts and bang bang shrimp. Everyone had their easter bunny ears on and were ready for the parade. See attached!

The service may be lacking slightly but that's because they are always packed. And that says something. Parking isnt great but it's a small place. The wings here are the best I have had. I think they would even top Tompkins and point east imo but I would need to do a side by side. This is my new go to for wings. Favorite flavors are buffalo, hot garlic, and garlic Parmesan. The bison burger was good but not my thing. The smash burger was phenomenal. Crusted edges. Full of flavor. Their signature drinks are also really good. Outstanding burger,service and atmosphere. This may have been the best burger I've ever had. I live in Chicago and there is no shortage of good burgers but this one takes the cake. I had the French onion burger, The place was very busy but we were seated quickly and the service was perfect. Friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. I now have a new place to eat when I come to Milwaukee. Everything here was OUTSTANDING I would give you more stars if I could.
