Gave me hardly any dressing and no chicken. If you look at the last complaint seven months ago, nothing has changed stay away. This is very disrespectful to my kind that try to be horrible reverse and eat the right way. I bet you if I got a double cheeseburger they’ll make that right and they don’t even sell burgers there.

Completely horrible restaurant. Cannot get order right and rush you to order. All the way chicken comes as rice/beans/chicken. After reading the reviews, it says all I need to know about this spot

Dinolays (manager) was the most accommodating individual! We had a group of 60+ people that she made room for. She absolutely made the experience memorable. We were turned away at a business next door and she got us out of a pickle. She’s amazing and deserves recognition for how well she manages this store. Ive never had a good experience here and i cant stand going there. i try to be optimistic but everytime go its always something or someone that never provides quality service. every employee, and i mean every employee ive had an encounter with as an attitude of some sort to the point where i dont even feel welcome to just ask for a sauce. this pollo specifically needs to do a better job at checking who their hiring or check on their behavior on the clock.
