I went through the drive through to order an Oreo Chiller with a milk alternative and no whip cream. The cashier asked if I had an allergy and personally checked the ingredients and containers to make sure it was safe. He was so patient and kind. I really appreciate his understanding and care. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was a younger guy working the drive through.

Horrible experience. Just go somewhere else Every time I go, some of their staff members are extremely rude, not happy and super miserable. They are just ruin it, I brought my daughter and this lady behind the counter gave me soo much attitude that my 9 yr old said why is she acting this way. I tired to keep it positive but when I came home, the donuts were just horrible and poor quality and old. Change the name of this location to Miserable Donuts, owner should just close shop and someone independent owner should come in

Dunkin always feels like a gamble, it's so inconsistent from store to store, and this is not one of the good ones. The employees didn't seem to know their menu, were confused about my order even when I pointed to the giant photo promoting the drink on the sign, and I guess rang up whatever seemed closest to them, and it did not taste good. I also have never ordered oat milk in a drink at a coffee shop and got both the usual amount of creamer AND oat milk instead of substituting the dairy? Very weird. I was in a bit of a time crunch so I didn't have time to ask them to remake my drink and just

Run from this Dunkin’ and spend your money elsewhere. I went through the drive-thru around 7:57 PM today (Google shows they close at 9:00 PM), and the speaker said they were closed. As I started to drive away, a man appeared at the window with an attitude and a smirk. When I asked if they were open, he sarcastically said, “Sure, yea,” with a condescending smile. With that kind of attitude, I refused to place an order and drove off. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service from Dunkin’.
