This is my neighborhood Dunkin’, and unfortunately the drive-thru situation is consistently a mess. The line frequently spills out into the road and blocks nearby entrances, which makes getting in and out of the area frustrating and sometimes unsafe. They really need to rethink their system—whether that’s redesigning the flow or having staff outside with iPads to take orders and keep things moving more efficiently. That said, the employees themselves are nice enough and do their best, but the overall setup just isn’t working.

At 0800 they were quite busy with all the people getting coffee on their way into work. They handle the busyness well. We had our coffee and food in just a few minutes. The coffee tasted like coffee and the food was warm. The space itself was clean.

The 3 stars are strictly for the coffee. Was very tempted to go with 1 or 2 due to the fact that this location never has jelly donuts. What kind of donut establishment doesn’t have jelly donuts? It’s like McDonalds never having fries. I don’t know if they’re incompetent or just too cheap and lazy to make more, but this is ridiculous. Will never buy donuts here again. Do better.
