Don’t order from this place , they are DISGUSTING. My first ever time getting rotten fries from a fast food resturant 🤮🤮 This gotta be the worst Shake Shack in Westchester County.

We’ve been here a few times, and the service has been very good. The food does not take long and the quality is great. We’ve had multiple chicken sandwiches and burgers from here and every time they taste good. They have a good sweets section as well which is great if you’re ever in the mood for a dessert. The prices are pretty standard for what they serve and it’s a good sized meal.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Last night was hands down the worst burger I’ve ever had. I’m a smash patty burger enthusiast who has tried smash burgers (& non smash ones) from hole in the walls to Michelin star restaurants across multiple continents. Yesterday’s was the worst by far. Burnt all round and seemingly made by someone with deep rage inside them. The K-shack fries barely had seasoning on one side. Completely listless stuff. This place used to be good at one point but now….I’ve had the same issue for the last three, four times I visited. Ordered five milkshakes tonight, all but one was filled. I did 1 black and white, vanilla and three Oreo shakes. The cups were barely past half full. I dont know why the employees operate like this is coming out of their paycheck when they give a customer what they paid for. The shakes are like $6+ for one, I dont know why they are so stingy. You can clearly tell they used one batch to fill all three of the Oreo shakes and didn’t bother to top them off noticing they were barely ab
