The lady in the red glasses is so nice. But myself and several coworkers have all had equally bad experiences with the other shorter woman in the drive thru. She is just so rude. Not even a neutral interaction with her, just rude from the get go. Rude taking the order. So I place online orders. Rude even in that little of an interaction. Just rude.

Beware if you order and they are closed they will not refund you if you order through the app!!!!!!! The supposed manager Maria claims it’s not her responsibility. They will also completely ignore you if you want a refund, they have the app on even when they are closed and take you money Another update : owner says to contact customer care , that’s bs , I’ve been emailing customer care for a week and a half , went into the restaurant, called the restaurant, called the local office (number listed inside ) Everyone points back that the restaurant needs to refund me , and they won’t . I ordered to the kiosk after I paid and did not received a receipt. When I addressed it one person was very rude, tried to blame it on the kiosk. That's not a normal transaction without a receipt. She looked annoyed why? Ten minutes later they finnally gave me my receipt. It took three people in order for me to get it. Also the sauce I was given was slashed and opened. 🤖 Make it make sense. McDonald's you need to investigate this restaurant and kiosk which is handing out empty receipt.
