They were out of chicken, which was fine because it looked like their grill was down. My wife and I both got steak, and it didn't seem warm. Should have known better, because we both got food poisoning later in the day when this was both out first meals of the day. The dining room was an absolute mess, and staff did nothing to clean it despite just standing around behind the counter when we arrived. To the worker with the two tone blue hair, if you don’t like working with people you should find a different job. Extremely aggressive and rude. I feel bad for the sweet girl who was originally helping me with my order. I asked a simple question and received arrogance and attitude. I will call management to let them know the terrible customer service people are receiving at this location.

If I could give this review a ZERO I would! Usually chipotle is my favorite place to eat but tonight was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I first got to the restaurant to pick up my food but didn’t receive it until ten minutes after it was supposed to be done. I then asked where my large side of guacamole was and the employee informed me that they were out of guacamole and that I would have to take it up with customer service. I then filled out a complaint about the guacamole and was gifted a free SMALL side of guacamole. Like seriously? I paid for a large not a small. But honestly I could have got past

This Chipotle location is great. We came here when we are not craving In-N-Out, just for some healthier options. We typically ordered our foods using the app to avoid people here. Plenty of parking spaces are in the front!
