This restaurant has been declining. The food tastes terrible and the orders are often wrong EXCEPT in the morning. It's a great restaurant in the morning. I bought a 10 piece chicken McNuggett meal and the oil had not been drained from the McNuggetts. The fry box was half empty. Another time I purchased a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was so overdone you could not bite into it. The bun was burned. During the Monopoly game promotion, stickers were missing from eligible items. It's difficult to rate service when you receive food that bad. Often times the wrong food is in the ba

I wouldn’t recommend coming here during lunch or dinner if you’re just trying to grab a quick meal or burger. It took about 35 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. Not sure what was going on, but the whole process was extremely slow. Was it busy. A little. But nothing out of the ordinary.

Went here on lunch break and ordered the $12 arch burger meal. The quarter pounder patties were raw in the middle and the store says they can’t do a refund because it was a mobile order.

Ordered through the drive through and was told a different total than what the screen said once I got to the window. I was also accused of having a counterfeit $5 bill because it had a black marker line on it. I told the cashier it was just an old bill, but she was very rude in her wish to not accept it. It has the red and blue fibers in the paper, its just an old bill, but whatever. I was also not given a receipt and when I asked for one at the pickup window was told a manager would need to print it. After waiting for several minutes the same lady that accused me of having a counterfeit bill
