LAZY WORKERS! The lack of effort at this location is a joke. I ordered a bowl with corn, sour cream, and tomatoes, but I walked out with basically just rice and chicken. I watched the employee realize they were out of my toppings, and instead of refilling the line, they just skipped them entirely and moved me along like I wouldn’t notice half my meal was missing. To make it even more insulting, they refilled everything the second they moved my bowl. It wasn't a supply issue; it was pure laziness. It’s a total scam to charge full price for an incomplete meal just because the staff doesn’t want

Avoid!! I was more than half way done with my food until I found a baby roach in my food. When I brought it up to the workers they seemed less than surprised about it and told me they tend to get into the lettuce and In from the washer often. Seems they know they have an infestation but are still operating as usual. Hope I don’t get sick!!! Don’t eat here!!

I try Chipotle once or twice a year trying to like it. It’s good. But every time, there is always a problem with the order. Tonight’s double chicken weighed 5oz when separated out (and that was with sauce all over it). Was given white rice instead of brown. And they did not include fajita veggies either. I had a small scoop of salsa placed on the side of the container, not over/with the food. Almost thought they forgot that one too. You’re not even Moe’s or CoreLife with a huge amount of toppings. You have SO few toppings. Why is this so difficult?

Went during lunch which is busy at any Chipotle. The lines went quickly and I was dining in to enjoy the atmosphere. Great location and lots of parking. Con: Pieces of lettuce were brown. Always been a stickler for food places serving bad lettuce.
