I ordered my food at 11:17am, got here when it said it would be done at 11:36am - it is 12:13 pm and I am STILL here waiting for 2 pancake plates and an order of hashbrowns. For being so behind, there is NO urgency in staff. We haven’t had anyone check on us for 20 minutes. I’d understand if there was a full house here, but there are maybe 4 tabletops at the moment. At tables where patrons have left since I’ve been here, I can see tables still not being bussed. I’ll update whenever it’s ready but I’ll certainly never be coming back here again. I recently had a great experience at IHOP in Hermitage. The food was fresh, hot, and served exactly as ordered. The pancakes were fluffy, the breakfast portions were generous, and everything tasted delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and provided a comfortable dining atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in Hermitage.

Cherrish was our waitress, and she was very kind, respectful, and efficient. The food was prepared perfectly, delicious,and with proper portions. This little store has had serious problems in the past, but seems to be making significant headway in turning itself around.
