Ordered 2 cups of plain vanilla ice cream. Waited roughly 15 minutes and it finally came with who knows what in the ice cream. It should have just been plain vanilla. The worker was incredibly snappy when we pointed it out. My wife has a food allergy so we can’t risk things being dirty/contaminated. This place is sketchy. They need to do better. Didn’t get the workers name because it seemed like they were swamped and understaffed so it wasn’t worth it. But we won’t be going to sonic anymore.

I’ve been a frequent customer here, yet I’ve always been taken advantage of. I’ve paid for items that I never received, and I’m left wondering what exactly I’m paying for. Is it air? It feels like a real scam. To make matters worse, they seem to have a terrible memory and can’t seem to read a receipt. Don’t even get me started on the sauces. They only give you those when you drive back, after you’ve already made it home. And when you look in your bag before you leave, it feels like an interrogation. All they have to do is look at the receipt to see what sauces you needed for your order. Who i

Just left this location and aske for my tenders & cheese sticks to be dropped fresh....The tenders seem to be different,not sure if they've changed brands or recipes,but they aren't good! They got my husband's large fry wrong,and sent out tots instead! We just dealt with it..

My partner ordered and brought food home for us. Not only was our order missing two cheese cups (we understand people aren't perfect), my burger had onions (was listed no onions on receipt). His burger has a long hair on the first bite. He called to request a refund but they offered a partial refund with the return of the hairy sandwich. Do better, Sonic
