Despite the size of my order, service was VERY fast! I was concerned that my order would not be correct because this location now uses the AI-powered drive-through speaker boxes instead of a human on a headset, but I checked the receipt and everything appears to be correct. Steer clear if you don't like AI, but otherwise I recommend!

Every time I go to this bojangles either the biscuit is hard as a rock or the order is completely wrong. I order a smoked sausage biscuit this morning. It was on the screen showing I ordered it but they can’t even get that right.

This is the worse Bojanales experience I have ever had. The atmosphere was probably the best part. Ordered for dine in. #6 combo/ ham with ff. Came out as #7 steak with Bo rounds. There was hardly no ham on there. Took back to see if I could have another piece added. They took the sandwich and replaced it with another sandwich and the ham was just as bad. The ff had no salt on them and tasted old. They need to change the oil. I didn't even really eat it will not be back to this location.

This place continues to gradually go down hill, I love bojangles but the other “good” locations are to far of a drive. One of my biggest issues is their Seasoned fries are never seasoned anymore, and I mean not even a sprinkle. Now the new AI system they have taking orders is annoying and can’t seem to understand additional requests.
