I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dunkin' today. My daughter and I walked into the store, and there was nobody in line, nobody at the front counter, and nobody waiting to place an order. We stood at the counter for approximately 3–5 minutes while looking at the menu and deciding what we wanted. During that entire time, not one employee greeted us, acknowledged our presence, or even said, "We'll be right with you." I have now ordered here 4 times for delivery (so it’s basically double priced). The location I assume either doesn’t make fresh food or doesn’t even have bagels. We ordered bagels on 4 different occasions; this location continues to give out day old croissants. I wish I would’ve taken pics but unfortunately didn’t bc I instantly threw it away on how gross they looked. It’s unfortunate bc Dunkin always has the control to be amazing and have great food but with this standard set that isn’t going to happen. Awesome service!!! One of the best places around for hospitality - not kidding. Adam and the other guys are so attentive to fixing your orders. I get my stuff on the app all the time and they know what I like! I've seen them go above and beyond for other guests. Seeing that is so cool - makes the vibe really warm and cozy, knowing the staff really do want us there.
