Ordered pickup and just look at the food only a quarter of the bowl was filled I had 9 beans! This bowl should of had queso and sour cream in it as well which there was barely any

Update 4/9/26: My wife really wanted some Mexican... I was trying to be nice and pick it up. Order was supposed to be ready at 7... went through line. Nobody in it. They said they were behind 5 minutes. Pulled into lot to be nice. 5 minutes later the line of cars is around the building. Got food 30 minutes after the original time. Terrible process in place to deal with order fulfillment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. After this my wife finally decided to give up on chipotle... staff member was not kind or apologetic in any way. Original: Used to be better... as of August 2025...

This is the best Chipotle I've been to in awhile. It's standard service and food. Nothing that stood out worth a 5th star. The staff was friendly and they had anything I wanted for.my order made and I didn't have to wait. Portions seemed a little light but not enough to complain about. Overall 89%

Quality of Food and Customer Service - Poor. No need to make requests for toppings, as they do it their way. Have a problem, tough. Management -Is there any? No one we spoke to put in any effort to resolve the issue with the order. Basically a bowl of soupy sour cream and rice. When returned to the counter for our chips that were not on the tray but definitely got charged for, almost frisked by employee to ensure we weren't hidding chips. Absolutely the worst experience. I will not return to this location due to the lack of response, respect, and service.
