Wow this was awful. This is why friendly's is an entire joke. I came in here on a Monday at about 5:30 p.m.. and it was totally dead, which is no surprise. You just have a bunch of teenagers standing around blankly doing nothing. You have to seat yourself, which is fine. But then I sat there forever and had to ask them to come over to take my drink order. And then after that I had to ask them to bring me silverware. And then after that I had to ask them to come over and take my food order. And then after that I had to ask them to tell me why my Caesar salad doesn't have any Caesar dressing on

First time here. Was immediately greeted and seated. Waitress was super duper nice, pleasant and professional. She was so great with making sure my daughter was taken care of with kid type things to keep her occupied. Took a minute to get the food, but it was worth it. Will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again. Try it out, worth every penny we spent.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night. My group and three other tables sat at the same time and there seemed to be only one server. Was a little iffy at first because it took a little while for the server to come over. But that quickly changed! Our server Alyssa explained that it was a shift change and apologized about the wait. She was fantastic. Recommended the mozzarella stick appetizer which was great. Refilled our drinks without us asking and sold us on ice cream afterwards. Service was great, the manager stopped by our table to ensure that we were having a good experience. I think her name was Tammy. The staff seem to get a long really well. Despite the take out counter being busy, the restaurant customers were also being taken care of. 10/10.
