The new guy the Indian dude is awful at his job. Everytime I come here he messes up my order and he can’t multitask to save his life. Before him the lines weren’t as long and my order wasn’t messed up as often. I understand people make mistakes but he always makes a mistake and is always confused at the drive through like. You say anything and he goes “huh” or “uh” immediately after everything. And even when you repeat it he gives back an attitude. On top of that who ever is making these bagels are doing an awful job. Somehow I always end up stale bagels or bagels that just taste off or whenev

If I could give the service 0 stars I would. I always order ahead 20–30 minutes before arriving and my food is never ready. The early morning drive-thru (around 4–5 AM) is painfully slow, with 10+ minute waits just to get a response and even longer to get orders (even when there is no one else but me ). I’ve had mobile orders missing items and had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Management needs to address the early morning shift because this has been a consistent problem for months.

Long line at night as they close the store and make all cars order through the drive through- but it is a 24-hour restaurant which is rare and convenient with a drive through. I placed a mobile order to quicken things up, and was not disappointed! It's very conveniently located right off the turnpike, and the service was also very friendly! Best Dunkin' run I have had in a while! I will definitely be back.

Came in and the workers didn’t acknowledge us at all I guess they were too busy in their own conversation, we had to wait for them to take our order. She caught an unnecessary attitude because we ended up wanting to pick our donuts. As we were leaving we said thank you but by then she already had a stank attitude. Do better in customer service please!
