I have not been in this location for a few years after witnessing terrible service and cold food. To my surprise, I was there this morning and Mr. Higinio made me change my mind. This gentleman knows the real meaning of customer service. During the time I was there I witnessed how he treated all customers with dignity, respect and a true sense of ownership with a constant smile on his face. Thank you Sr. Your excellent service and courtesy made me see my day positively. God bless you.

I came here to order an iced coffee at 10:30 am. The staff was super busy with orders, there was a girl from what I heard she’s a new girl (she was doing great) some man randomly asked another worker for napkins. (Tattoo on neck and arms, dark skin, brown braids) and this lady started screaming at the new girl telling her to do her job completely humiliating her in front of everyone to the point that one of the customers tried to defend her. The lady with the neck tattoo (employee) started saying in the lobby that she’ll smack one of the girls that she works with etc etc being super loud and e

They gave me my order and everything seemed fine but after getting home the double cheeseburger where just one patty and tried to call to do something but no one answered

I’ve always loved grabbing a quick meal at McDonald’s .However, I just had a disappointing experience at my local spot. It’s frustrating to find hair in my food, especially when I know that the staff should be wearing proper hairnets to keep things clean. It makes me question how seriously they take food safety. I really think every McDonald's should enforce this rule more strictly to make sure everyone has a pleasant dining experience.
