I came tonight to get some food. As I was trying to order, the staff was cleaning around my food which made it very unsanitary and They were very hostile. The place was dirty and the atmosphere did not feel safe. Definitely won’t be coming here again. My opinion, just fire, the whole staff and get a new one.

Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order from Chipotle. When my food arrived, I noticed that one of the bowls I ordered was missing. Additionally, the bags were broken and leaking, which caused quite a mess and affected the quality of the food I did receive. To make matters worse, the food that did arrive was ice cold, which was very disappointing and not what I expected. This experience was frustrating, as I was looking forward to enjoying my meal. It really sucks because i love chipotle but this particular location is so disgusting and always dirty, the other day the worker touched the cash register with her gloves then proceeded to use the same gloves to make my bowl. That is just unacceptable, i also wanted to get guac but when I saw it the entire thing was completely brown and instead of them throwing it out and making some fresh guac they left it there to get all brown. I understand avocado browns but it was brown all the way through which leads me to think how old even was that guac.

I ordered a bowl online to pick up, and I ordered a double portion of honey chicken. I picked up the order but when I got home and opened the bowl, I received no chicken whatsoever, yet I paid the full price plus the cost of the extra portion. Luckily I was able to receive a coupon for a free meal because of this, but it was very disappointing and inconvenient to have to do all of this. I could’ve just been told there was no chicken when I was there to pick up the order instead of being given missing items.
