We placed an online order for a 7:45 AM pickup so we could save time before work and get our kids to school on time. We showed up at 7:50 and the drinks STILL weren’t started. We didn’t get our order until 7:57. Online orders are supposed to be faster and treated as a priority otherwise, what’s the point? This completely threw off our morning. Dutch Bros seriously needs to prioritize online orders, because this was unacceptable.
