Wonderful modern restaurant sad part was the service I had to wait 5 mins before I had to go around and gets sone ones attention to place my order. The atmosphere is fantastic just hope they improve on the service side.

Very unsatisfied with this location! I love Panera Bread and never had a problem in any other locations. But this location, I keep getting my order so cold. Since it's a sandwich, the bread is hard & cold, like it has been taken out of the freezer and just made into a sandwich. A few minutes later, the bread turns as hard as a rock. I gave it a few changes, but this is my 3rd time happening and I needed to speak up. The place is clean but the food always been serving cold, I don't recommend it, specially for the price we paid. They need some improvements!

A couple of months ago it became a terrible place, the salads are rotten, the food has become not tasty, we have been regular customers here for a long time! Now they cook for a very long time, no one wants to work! We waited for the order for 25 minutes and they gave us a salad with rotten tomatoes, no one was in a hurry to help us! It was our last trip to this place, although we went here for 3 years with a large company, the management changed and everything is bad now!

I used to love going to Panera but it's been going downhill recently. My husband and I ordered to bowls of soup for dinner tonight as we're both under the weather. It took over half an hour to arrive, was barely warm, and the order was wrong. When we called about the wrong order we were immediately offered a refund which makes me think this is a common issue. Maybe get your team to straighten up and fix orders correctly instead of doling out refunds. So disappointed.
