Laura Ramberg★UPDATE: After reading my review, they did add $15 to my rewards account, which doesn’t cover the cost of the bagels that were both horrible, but it is something. It doesn’t necessarily resolve the issue, but at least they heard me and took time to respond. Someday I might go there again and hope that they’ve actually improved. My husband and I have enjoyed treating ourselves to this Einstein Bagels as a special breakfast for years now. It is a hit and miss location. They all work and communicate well with each other and the customers, and they nicely accommodated to me when my app was being a little goofy. Plus, the food was YUM! We ordered two bagels with cream cheese to go and it took quite a while. I don't mind waiting for food but this was ridiculous. The two guys there look like they quite literally just woke up. They were slow confused and had zero sense of urgency. We got our bagels and drove across the street back home. Opened up my son's bagel which was a sorry excuse.
