UPDATE: After reading my review, they did add $15 to my rewards account, which doesn’t cover the cost of the bagels that were both horrible, but it is something. It doesn’t necessarily resolve the issue, but at least they heard me and took time to respond. Someday I might go there again and hope that they’ve actually improved. My husband and I have enjoyed treating ourselves to this Einstein Bagels as a special breakfast for years now. It is a hit and miss location. My first time in an Einsteins in about 3 years. I was instantly greeted by a wonderful team who seems to enjoy their job. They all work and communicate well with each other and the customers, and they nicely accommodated to me when my app was being a little goofy. Plus, the food was YUM! Will definitely be coming back to this location!:)

I have never been one for reviews but this place deserves one. Everyone was so happy, joking around with each other and customers. Just an overall happy bright atmosphere. We had a pretty large order, I was expecting to be waiting a while, they were able to get it out to me incredibly fast. Everything was accurate, everything tasted great. We recently moved right near this location so we thought we'd give it a try this morning for some bagels. Two guys behind the counter moving slow as molasses. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese to go and it took quite a while. I don't mind waiting for food but this was ridiculous. The two guys there look like they quite literally just woke up. They were slow confused and had zero sense of urgency. We got our bagels and drove across the street back home. Opened up my son's bagel which was a sorry excuse. It's not like we asked for light cream cheese or anything. Just two guys who don't car
