This Dunkin’ Donuts location is by far the cleanest I’ve ever been to the only issue I had was they were out of the “Wicked” donuts :/ but the service is great!

I ordered two muffins with uttter which i asked to be split and toasted, i had to have them remake it three times to simply cut the muffin and add butter SMH then the strawberry banana smoothie i ordered which is over $7 is WATERY like do better this was ridiculous today. and the muffin just did not taste hood after all the back and forth it taste nasty and cheap. Wow will not be back for any items in this location. Came through this location while on a road trip on May 8th, 2026 and was immediately impressed. The store was immaculately clean. The team behind the counter was on point! They had my order ready by the time I was finished paying. Very efficient and everyone seemed to be enjoying their day. I wish this was my hometown Dunkin.

I was about to order and not only could i not understand what they were saying because two different people were talking to me over the mic saying different things. They did not answer my questions and just had an extremely terrible attitude. I ended up canceling my order and not getting anything because of the way that they were talking to me. I am now going to the other Dunkin’ Donuts to get my order. Terrible customer service. Very rude ladies that were talking to me over the speaker.
