It’s a Panera bread that has a few quirks that make it a nice sit down spot. Obviously make in the early 2010s as it’s getting to be aged out and needs a decent interior remodel. Still you come here for the average fair and that is what you get.

Absolutely worst experience at a Panera in the country. Walked in and nobody was working the front counter at 8:45 in the morning. After I walked around for two or three minutes, I found somebody walking out of the restroom and told him I would like to check out. They said I would be up there in a minute. After waiting at the counter for three minutes, the same person I seen coming out of the bathroom, met me up at the counter and persisted to hurrying up through my order. As much as it cost to eat here. I would expect a little higher level of service. But who cares.

I had a very disappointing experience at Panera Bread. I used a $15 reward and ordered a chicken sandwich, and I also bought one for my husband. He actually told me not to get him anything because he said it would probably be nasty—but I had just been there two days ago and ordered the exact same sandwich and it was fine. This time the food quality was terrible. The bread was soggy and the egg tasted old and not fresh at all. It was so bad that I had to drive back to the restaurant to ask for my money back.
