Came in 1st time ever. The person that waited on me was great. Orange chicken, good flavor. Fried rice was under cooked, hard throughout. Have been in here 25min 5 orders after me took good 10min. 10 People have been standing in line 20 minutes. No orders moved along. Seems drive through is moving much faster. Total fubar. Not an effective staff.

I got the plate (1 side,2 entrees) Had the fried rice and broccoli and beef , chicken and mushroom. The rice was under cooked had hard and crunchy the broccoli in the broccoli and beef was tasteless the beef was fine, the chicken was good the vegetables was under done no flavor either so my hole experience was just ok not sure if I’ll try it again or try another place next time

I ordered 4 bigger plates today and we were all 4 disappointed for the first time ever w Panda Express. My rice was extremely dried out n crunchy, the honey walnut shrimp didn't taste done at all, the kung poa chicken (which is normally my favorite)was very bland n had no heat to it at all, n my beef n broccoli was all broccoli w one tiny piece of beef. All 3 of my boys got orange chicken n said it was chewy n didn't taste fresh at all n all the chow mein was dry like it had bn sitting quite a while. We were looking forward to our dinner unfortunately we were extremely disappointed!

Mr. James S helped me today and when I say I was delighted on the service he provided, I mean it. I don’t leave reviews much. I felt the need to share it, he was patient and very kind. He was handling the front line of the food serving and cooking food.
