The service here is truly terrible. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and while waiting, I asked to use the bathroom. The girl making my coffee ignored me, so I asked again and that’s when she looked at the other girl girl by the name of Dianq, who me an attitude and advised it was for customers only I told her I’m literally waiting for my order as we speak to which she got an attitude and walked over to the bathroom and opened it for me huffing and puffing the whole way there. I ordered a medium Hot Matcha and this is what I got. Please check your drinks before you leave. I had an inkling that something was wrong because my cup was fairly light. I would’ve went back, but there was already a line and I had to go to work. Wish the staff paid more attention to detail.

So, I went to grab a coffee and some hash browns with my family they got their drinks and asked and payed for cold foam rather than whip cream and still received whip cream, they ended up correcting it. On the other hand My iced coffee tasted so bad I had to stop by McDonald’s to ask for 10 packs of sugar and 3 creams and it still was AWFUL and extremely bitter.
