I ordered the steak asiago bagel and was in disbelief when we got back home and noticed that there wasn’t any steak at all. I just don’t understand how that can happen. The chicken sandwich that we got had barely any chicken. It was disappointing having to go back to the restaurant after arriving home but the MOD did make things right by providing a gift card for the missing item as well as offering me a drink and cookie.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Good food, but please clean those chairs! Panera's food was great as always — fresh, flavorful, and consistent. No complaints there at all. BUT the seating cleanliness? Major issue. 😬 I rested my head back on the chair headrest and it was visibly oily, grimy, and worn down. I actually had to get up and wash my hands after touching it — that says it all. For a restaurant that markets itself on a clean and welcoming environment, this was a real disappointment and honestly a hygiene concern. And honestly, it makes you wonder — if the chairs look like that, how clean are the staff when hand

The soups here are incredible and the customer service is amazing. The chicken noodle makes me up on a day I'm feeling better and the broccoli cheddar is just divine. As for customer service the employees really know how to make you feel welcomed. John really made my experience feel more personal today.
