I felt really really bad it was only one person working and they claimed to still be in “training.” I tried to get my kids the summer sips deal but she didn’t know how to ring it up as such! waited 20 mins for absolutely nothing and saw two others drive off after waiting so long. I wish this bigby would do better:-(

I would like to give a big shout out to Maya, who has always done a fantastic job at making my beverages. The Iced Matcha and the avalanche are probably my favorite drinks here. Next, the 500 East Michigan Avenue Biggby Location has always been convenient for me because I live in the Downtown Lansing area, and if I'm working at Jackson National over in Okemos like I do from Monday to Friday, I can take the highway down to Downtown Lansing while on my way to my 2nd job at Airport Tavern, and this Biggby is right on the same road I go going to Tavern. Stopped by Biggby Coffee in downtown Lansing and had a great experience! The bagel sandwich was really good, the donut holes were yummy and the coffee was super tasty. Kelsey was especially helpful and made the visit even better. Definitely recommend!

I go to biggby daily mostly on MLK but today I had to stop at this one on MI AVE and iv learned from prior experiences not to but decided to try again well 20 minute's later I get both drinks I ordered which were NOT correct and costed more. The cashier was polite and friendly but thats irrelevant when I pay more and dont even get the correct drink AND this location charges more.
