May 19th, came in at 8:30am to get a hot mint mocha, and a Iced coffee, what we received was Nothing of the sorts, used 20 oz free iced coffee coupon, got water something with overpowering mint couldn't drink it, Hot mint mocha didn't taste like mint mocha, also undrinkable, dumped it out and all syrup stuff was all in bottom of cup, wasn't stirred!!! Horrible service, girl that served us acted like it wasn't a job, very rude... bathroom was bad

Always slow, usually wrong, sometimes gross. Workers need to be retrained or something. Bagels cut 90% bottom 10% top and barely toasted, no extra cream cheese when asked, they can’t decide whether they want to apply it for you or not from day to day so you may end up having to park and prepare it yourself. The drinks are never consistent in flavor. You’ll have to wait a long time just to receive the wrong thing or something put together with no thought or attention. Watched a girl almost eat a paper slice that was cooked into her bragel. Pick another location!

I very much enjoy Biggby. I generally get a frozen latte. The workers are generally polite and OnPoint. The atmosphere is like the inside of a fast food restaurant it's not super cozy but it's chill. They're doing renovations on the bathroom so don't judge.
