No one working the counter. To get a drink refill or a plastic spoon takes forever. 20 minute wait after ordering. Totally forgot about the concept of fast food and customer service. Wendys still has people taking orders and drink machines are available to customers. I'll go across the street from now on.

Never have I been accused of trying to steel food because I came inside after the drive through to get a drink that was forgotten. McDonald’s isn’t great anymore anyways but service from people suck when you have to treat everyone like a felon for a $1.60 frozen coke. I don’t hate McDonald’s I hate people sometimes who are in a customer service job and hate giving decent costumer service.

The folks here are super nice and friendly but the restraint seems to be under a bit of a curse—burgers (especially ¼ lb-ers!) are almost always fresh and hot. Fries? Not so much…and to have a sad fry rating is easy to turn around…hint: make ‘em fresh every time and throw away anything older than the last order!

Would not recommend. Ordered pickup for two burgers and fries and one of my burgers had a piece of garbage in it and I only realized once I bit in and felt something weird.
