This McDonalds doesn’t have what most McDonald’s in Laredo do. The friendly welcome when you walk in and the workers asking if you need anything while you’re eating makes the experience feel more than fast food. Definitely 5 ⭐️

Lady lied to us when we ordered the collab mcflurry for kpop demon hunters and told us the shamrock mcflurry was the collab one so that's almost 9 bucks down the drain. Then lied to us about the collab sauces too and when we asked her she lied to us saying those were it (she gave us buffalo sauce). Just confirmed with another friend who went to a different McDonald's and this lady straight up lied to us. This has to be the worse mcdonalds I've been too and I've even given them chances. I noticed that on the receipt my soda order was incorrect so I let them know when I was picking up my order in the drive through. Instead of giving me the correct soda the woman at the window sent me to window 2. Ok, fine…except she must’ve forgotten she sent me there so I went inside (thankfully I wasn’t wearing pajamas) for my soda and it was still not correct. I just let it lie. Ludicrous that all this happened when I could’ve just been given my soda when I was picking up my order. Why even go to window 2 in the first place?
