Ordered a #4 fries and a Lg coke with easy ice. Returned the first Lg ice was half of the cup. When I went to return and ask for my order to be corrected to have a Lg coke with easy ice, the next cup came was given to me with the same amount of ice that was given to me the first time. To show how much ice was in the cup drink the cup with out leaving and ask for the manager so they could see the problem. Lydia the shift manager has terrible customer service skills. She needs to be coached on her poor attitude. Order was messed up twice and the soda was flat and fries wayy greasy. 0 accountability. When I asked for a refund she said she was unable too and too talk to the main manager Roger. So the next day I spoke with him. He was great at listening about the incident and was able to refund by cash. He said she could and should have refunded it back to my card the same day. However she lacks professionalism and decided not too. Kids with with little power trips should definitely be addressed.

I understand that food never looks like the advertised product but come on. Crispy chicken not crispy. And the cheesy double smasher I guess they legit smash it in the box. Went in months later. Ordered a single slushy with nerds candy. Missing the nerds candy.

A thoroughly unpleasant experience, even compared to another Sonic in the same town or other locations in several states over a number of years. NEVER seen anything this bad. I put in a pickup order, got to the drive-through several minutes ahead of time - and then sat behind another car for 10 solid minutes. Tried following their instructions (pull into a slot and push the red button) only to be told to go back to the drive-through window... at which point, they told me they couldn't make the strawberry shake I ordered, and took a good five minutes to make the replacement shake.
