Service is ok....kind of...just today I spent every penny I had left to my name and got Krystal's that were used for another order. The buns were stale and kinda hard and I had scarps of bacon and BBQ sauce on mine? The onions on my sandwich were just black...on what was supposed to be a regular Krystal, that's how I know they reused the Krystal's from another order instead of just making me fresh ones. It tasted gross and looked off. Well I'm homeless so thanks for messing up the only food I left on this earth. I'm definitely calling the closet thing to cooperate I can find. Yall suck and I h

The last 4 times I've been here have been nothing but bad. Buns hard and stale. Meat so overcooked it's burnt. And the latest time the burgers were 90 percent onion and the onion was overcooked and awful tasting. I only came here cuz it's the only crystal within miles of me but I will never come here again.

Great customer service. Dine in or take out. Drive through available. Delivery services go inside to pickup during standard business hours. This location is open 25 hours. During non traditional hours delivery services go through drive through to pickup. Plenty of parking. Kudos to being charged for half the price for my meal due to extended wait time without me saying a word.

I would give zero stars if I could , I’ve ordered food from this location twice and I’d like to share what a waste of time and money looks like. Also I will never eat at this location again after feeling extremely ill off one bite then checking all the burgers and the fries were cooked it old grease.
