Absolutely the worst chipotle in America. If food inspectors came here they’d show ur down. Beyond the staff all compiled in the back corner where you can’t see them when there is a huge line they act so inconvenience when they have to work or you know do there job and serve customers. Beyond that trash and food everywhere on the floor every single time I come at night. Instead of replenishing the forks they find it more convenient for every person to walk up and say hi you’re out of forks and they gave 1 by 1.. just unreal!

Went in expecting to be called Spanish cusses and charged double for no reason, but... nah this experience was fine. They were running low on some things but still had a good enough topping selection by 1:30. And i got a serving large enough that I'm gonna have the rest reheated for dinner. It helps that i got a gift card here after donating blood - only 3 bucks out of pocket heh heh. It's my first time, though, so i dunno how different the experience is by evening hours.

The taller foreign female working the front is NOT a people person, and should not be working in food service or customer service. On 4 different occasions she was very short, rude, and speaking under her breath and to other staff in another language. I understand you may be bilingual. But my phone and glasses translate in real time, and I heard every, single, word you said about me to yourself, and to your coworkers. I have had friends get sick from eating here. I don’t know why I go back but that will be the last time as she tried to force me to get meat from the bottom of the warmer, and wh

Placed online order for 12:20, arrived 12:22, waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Finally get to window, employee asks for my name and says order is still being worked on, quite awhile past the order ready time. Employee then has me wait at window for another 10 minutes, to promptly give me a bag with no tag on it, much to my surprise when I get home she gave me a complete incorrect order Auburn Chipotle, do better, half the town already makes fun of you, stop making it so easy.
