I will never be going to this location again..... I was literally sticking to the floor as I walked across it!! And when I walked in I wasn't greeted for quite some time the man that was there was on his phone and was extremely rude!!! I told him my order and he looked at me like I was below him!!! The store was in total shambles and the ice cream looked suspect!!! The lady that made my order took forever and also was very rude. 10/10 dont recommend!!!!

I have some feedback about my experience at this particular Baskin Robbins location: * The customer service from the male owner could be improved. It seems like he is selective about which customers he greets and thanks for coming. * The cleanliness of the store needs attention. A clean environment is important for a positive customer experience. * The overall atmosphere of the store could be more welcoming and conducive to customers. * The restroom was not as clean as I would have liked. Horrible experience. The owner was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge us while we stood at the counter. There was no greeting, no conversation—just an unwelcoming and hateful attitude that made us feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. This was one of the worst Baskin-Robbins experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning.

not kidding when i say their “icing on the cake” is my favorite ice cream ever. i drool over this ice cream. when i walked in the man at the counter took my order and immediately got on it and checked us out.
