A visit to Baskin-Robbins is still an absolute treat but a scoop isn't as cheap as it used to be. The prices have definitely gone up, so it feels more like a splurge now than a quick little reward. Honestly, though, the quality of the ice cream is still fantastic. With so many flavors to choose from, it's totally worth it for a special occasion. Plus, the staff is always so patient while you try to make up your mind, and that first spoonful of your favorite flavor tastes just as good as you remember. It's a classic for a reason!

It’s a shame how employees can turn such delicious ice cream into a bad experience. I went with my family, and we waited almost 15 minutes for two ice creams and a smoothie because the staff kept helping other customers even though we were there first. They took part of our order then ignored us until we had to verbally ask if they were going to finish our order. Apparently one employee was new, but there was very little teamwork or support, which made the experience frustrating. We hope the service improves and that the employees receive better training.

Ryder provide provided great service and was super friendly and asking her questions. One complaint is that it has a max tip and will only let you tip up to 25% of your Total and price. I almost spent six dollars and wanted to tip him five dollars but only let me tip $1.77. They should fix that.

Looks clean, they were making fresh waffle cones as we arrived. The flavors looked alright, but most of them looked like the kinds of ice cream young children would choose with a ton of dye and very sweet flavor options. I feel like they could include some lighter flavors that don’t look quite as dark as play-dough. That has nothing to do with this location and more to do with Baskin-Robbins in general.
