This was was our first time at LuLu's Diner. It is a no frills dining experience with good food and good service but nothing outstanding. We ordered: steak and eggs, Rueben sandwich and fries, and Monte Cristo sandwich.

Place was busy. Why I have no Idea. My wife had the Breakfast club. She said it was OK. I had the chicken stripe and French fries. Chicken strips were not at all what I expected. I thought they would have more been homemade not out of a bag. They were overcooked breading grease strips. And the French fries were more like potato sticks in the can. As were my wife's. But, I think the worst part was the service. I didn't get my food until my wife had almost finished eating. And no one even bothered to ask me about it or even noticeed my food wasn't there. No apologie when I did get it. Like

I am a truck driver and I travel all 48 states ... This restaurant is one of the best that I have visited; place was clean and neat, very comfortable, A/C perfect temperature but the Food ... OMG... The portions, the servings, the whole menu and the waitress very nice, very kind, always alert and ready for you and the price of the food is very very acceptable and accessible. If you are near this place go and visit you won't be sorry. ❤️
