I ordered a salad at Panera and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. They forgot to add the dressing, and when I asked for it, the employees were making fun of me because I didn’t know the exact name of the sauce. That was very rude and uncomfortable. Also, my salad was missing rice, and when I asked them to add it, instead of giving the normal portion they added an excessive amount in a mocking way. Review written 12/18/2025. They forgot the side of basil pesto for mobile order. And they only gave 2 packs of butter. And the drive thru employee seemed annoyed that I asked for a cup of ice water. As a paying Sip Club member I did not feel welcome. But the customized sandwich was tasty

I love eating at Panera but not all locations are desirable but this one is pretty good. Always have empty tables, no waiting time, fast friendly service, etc We usually order salads, this time we ordered a sandwich. It was delicious. Be back.

Common Panera! How are you going to continue to compete of you let your stores go? From the minute you get out of your car you feel that the site is dirty and run down. The parking lot is not clean, the front door is filthy, the coffee pots are dirty and the staff has the energy of a sloth!
