Placed my order at the counter with an employee because I had a Complimentary Meal Comp Card that required manager approval due to an issue at another location. My order was taken correctly, but it was not prepared correctly. Please see the receipt and photos for details. I would appreciate better attention to detail, employees following instructions accurately, and stronger accountability standards. Better training and incentives for employees to take pride in their work could greatly improve the customer experience.

I ordered a 10pc nuggets meal along with a Big Mac meal with sauces.. i asked for no cheese on my big mac.. but guess what?? both meals were screwed up. my burger had cheese it was also packaged like it was thrown into the container. 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Meal was missing altogether and no ranch sauces. When I contacted the store I got the manager who told me to take it up with door dash. She apparently was the one who packed my order and supposedly another man double checked the order. She then accused me coming into the store for more than what I actually paid for and furthermore told me

ordered on the app food wasn’t ready and i asked for breakfast sauce before they parked me and she brought the food out with no breakfast sauce then told me i had to get all the back in the drive through and pay for it. they should focus more on customer satisfaction than drive through times!

Avoid. We left BWI airport and stopped at the drive through to order. The woman taking our order was extremely rude and discourteous. I ignored the behavior and went to pay. The cashier handed us our food after paying but it was missing an item. She then tried to dismiss us by repeatedly saying “thank you” when we tried to resolve the error. The order taker started barking at us overtop of the cashier about the order. And to top it off they overcharged and had to remove the charge from our order. This was the morning shift. Your experience may vary, but this was entirely unaccept
