Have to say, this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts store we have ever been to. The store owner was incredibly impatient when they were out of stock of chocolate donuts, even though their ordering machine showed they were available. I don't understand why the owner thought this was the customer's fault. My kid was perfectly fine with changing to a different flavor, but the owner's attitude was simply unbearable—especially considering we went in around 3 PM when the store was almost empty. We will never go back to this location, and I will certainly not be buying their gift cards for my kid's school

I don’t even like coffee, so this is saying a lot. I just got one today because I was tired and needed something, but whoever made it actually knew what they were doing. This coffee made me rethink my entire opinion on coffee. I don’t know what you put in it, but it worked. It was not too sweet, not too bitter just really good. Whoever made it, you need a raise. Now I’m going to be thinking about this, and next time I come back, I need the same person making my drink.

Best coffee in USA. Best customer service by a guy called Kane gentleman and high quality person. Gave us best treatment that we could ask for. Shortly we will visit this place again not just because the great coffee and donuts, because of the special costumer service and the way that this gentleman treat us .
