This is my $13 mac & cheese burger (The Ultimate), which had exactly five noodles on it and a bun sized chunk of onion that was deep fried. Both the sandwich and the fries were cold and not worth eating, and they don't even include a drink with your meal. This place is extremely expensive, and this was strike three for me. It was great when it first opened, but it's just getting worse and worse now. Side note, if you do go, you'll still be waiting for 10 minutes or longer for this sad excuse of a meal. Don't waste your money or your time.

********I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS ********** I am highly upset after receiving my meals From the Livonia location. I ordered a 3 tender plate, a 5 tender plate and an original snack tender. My tenders were dried out and tough. The toast was burned, the fries were cold, the coleslaw was dry and my sandwich was drenched in sauce. Today I went to Big Chicken because I was craving it, and while the drive-thru service was great, the food itself was very disappointing. I ordered: •A chicken sandwich with coleslaw •Chicken dunks •Fries •A watermelon cooler •An extra coleslaw The biggest issue was that multiple items were not the same as what Big Chicken originally served. This is a picture of the Philly Fadeway. Also ordered the original and it was under cooked and pink on the inside. Went to the drive thru and glad we came in to eat because it resulted in us returning the food.
