Really enjoy the Lockport Panera. I go there sometimes to work on my computer. Staff is nice, food is good, service is efficient, place is clean. Several times I have gone there, there have been other customers watching videos on their phones with the volume all the way up, which is super annoying. However, that is not the staff's fault. Will definitely continue to visit.

The food at Panera has definitely improved with the new recipes, which is a big plus. However, the cleanliness is a major issue. The floors, tables, and bathrooms were all dirty. This location really needs better upkeep and attention to cleaning.

Very awesome location. The new Ranch Cobb was awesome. I got it with Greek dressing and it made the salad. Only reason I am giving the atmosphere 3 stars is because a lot of tables that weren't being used were still dirty and needed a wipe down. Otherwise definitely a great location!

Ordered delivery from here for my work lunch and I specifically requested utensils. I did not receive any utensils, unsure of how I am supposed to eat a soup without a utensils!!! Not to mention they didn’t give me any napkins.. I thought every place will give you napkins with your food order… not impressed and will not order again.
