First the manager and staff are nice. But is it me or are the portions getting super small. I got the half portion of the green goddess and it is literally half of what it used to be and the price is over $10. This is the size of a side salad. The picture shows it's filled up to the halfway point of a half salf. Not sure if this is a corporate thing. I started noticing it in other restaurants as well. But this isn't right. I understand prices are going up, but don't deceive people with giving them less and saying it's been that way for years, when I know it's not.

I had such a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Harmony at the register. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes her time to make sure everything is right. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit that much better. Panera is lucky to have someone like her,she made my day a little brighter! 😊

There were 3 booth taken with people used their computers with just a drink. One person came in later with his own drink too. Why does mgt. let them do this , one person in a 4 person booth for a long time. One person had his feet up on the other seat and not even using his computer!! Will not going back to Panaera’s again , these people are rude

There was an awesome woman who helped me as a first time here and new to doing the sip club she went above and beyond in service, to make sure I understood the benefits and deals of my subscription. Her name was paige.! Thank you!
