So I had decided after a previous bad experience with the customer service at this restaurant that I would never return. Than my best friend and I went out for her bday and Dennys was the only place open at the time. Anyway my entire view has changed after my last visit at this restaurant and getting Carina as our server. It seems like at this time anywhere u go anymore restaurants/stores just don't put much effort into providing great experiences and good customer service. I went here with my son to eat on christmas, not busy. The waitress was nice but she did not tell me the mac n cheese was extra on the chicken strips meal which came with 2 sides and still charged me extra for the seasoned fries. I have experience in waitress and i always let my customers know what is extra. That is a scam and I should not tipped her at all. The chicken was almost burned and salty. My bill came at $40 and I am thinking of getting my tip back. One cook for the whole shift is crazy!!! Please do better! Iam not ever coming back, and i will be going all the way to shoreline even i

I have been to this restaurant several times, and every visit has been exceptional. Their level of care and hospitality is truly impressive. I also noticed that the older waiters treat immigrants with great respect, which is something very beautiful to see. During our last visit, we were delighted by Mrs. Diann’s service. And there is also a teddy bear machine that takes a good amount of money from my friend every time we go there. He loves putting $5 to $10 into that machine every visit.
