We picked up dinner here tonight. Everything came the way we ordered it, we don't like onions. Donna, the store manager, is so sweet. She apologized for the wait and explained to me that they clean the grill if someone doesn't want onions. I told her it was fine because I've ordered them like that for forever and I don't mind the wait. Everytime I've been since they've reopened I've had a great experience. All of the workers are so sweet. Especially, the cashier that was working tonight. I did not get her name.

So this is my second time coming to this location and they did what they did the first time. Idk what is but when you ask for Krystal’s some how they hear “with cheese” like it’s wired in them. After repeating my order 3 times I proceeded to wait at the window for 15 to 20 only to get 24 Krystal’s that were wrong and after they remade them I still see were they somehow managed to still mess the order up again. If you plan on going here you might as well go inside don’t order through the drive thru.

To the person, hopefully not manager with the red protective hair style. Thank you soooooooo very much for returning my money since you guys took so long preparing two Spicy Chiks, onion rings, and apple pie. I hopped back in drive thru to confirm readiness, and was concerned about if it was cold or not at that point because I was the only one in line at the time. I was told on speaker that it was about to be brought out but it was several people in line at this point. So yes I tried to do you guys a favor by driving around the building a second time. They just opened back up and the food is great! The fries are different tho. Same great taste just thicker. Had more but ate most on the ride home lol. Cheese Krystal’s hitting!!
