jameskg jameskg★★★★★Stopped here at 2:45 on a Friday for a late lunch. Service was prompt, the guy in the window was very polite and the food was hot and fresh, with freshly cooked fries for my order. The Dr Pepper is cold and fizzy & the Krystal burgers made to perfection on this trip.
Left side lean★★★★★Great service, I ordered at the drive thru and was parked eating my meal. A employee walked out to make sure I was not waiting on my order. Excellent customer service. Food was hot and fast everyone was very polite and friendly.
Sincere Walker★I ordered 3 Sunrisers and a large tea. I paid over $15 and the food was horrible. Tried calling the store to speak with a manager but the line was busy. All that money for some mess like this
Beth Amos★What the heck, absolutely disgusting bun. I picked up my first burger and the bottom bun was so soggy my fingers were going right through it and it was falling apart. By boyfriend left a pile of soggy bottoms. Very slow service, although Corporate is probably to blame for that. The parking lot was disgusting and had used work gloves laying around.
