Small portion compared to other Pollo Regio. #6 Tostada Siberia was missing the top tostada…Extremely hot ask a manager at counter was nice but where we sit at it was 80°. Her response was I have to keep my employees cool and keep my employees out of the lobby.

I came here because I dropped my car next door - I’ve passed by so many times but never came in. SO GLAD I did. Ricardo was warm and welcoming, Leslie was great - I felt taken care of. I lived in Mexico for 5 years and the culture and food became part of who I am. It was so nice to step into this place and have such a treat. The agua de Jamaica is authentic, the beans were better than I expected and everything tasted super fresh. I’ll be stopping by more often! Thanks everyone for making a hectic day (3hr wait for my car) enjoyable!

This is the second time I’ve tried to Get food from this place and they have shorted me what I ordered. When I tried to call and rectify the situation they were not willing to rectify. They just said that they would check the cameras. They were supposed to do the mixed meat platter and they only gave me one meat per platter.
