Diana Elizabeth★These have to be fake reviews because Pollo Regio has definitely been going downhill the past few years. The portions are smaller and now they’ve added a drink to the menu options to justify raising the prices. Service is bad especially at the drive thru, so no I won’t pull up when there’s no one behind me just so you can take your time and STILL get my order wrong.

Looks like they started taking their customers for granted. I am taking my money elsewhere where they give me food for my money’s worth.
